Founded by our Chief Enabling Officer, Deanne Boules, in 2012, who, after a career in the Police Force, SafeWork NSW and Senior/Executive Level Management roles in private industry, identified a need for a more human-centred approach to workplace safety, human resources, employee engagement, workplace training and leadership development.
